Q: Can I customize the way Guru looks?
A: Absolutely! You can choose a custom background, custom logo files, custom buttons, custom description backgrounds,
custom colors, and custom contracts.. Just to name a few.
Q: Is Guru hard to customize?
A: Not for anyone with graphic design experience. The program has easy to use customization menus which tell you
exactly what size your images should be. Guru will also automatically resize your existing images so they will fit where they're supposed to. Just select your
existing logo graphics files and you're set!
Q: Will you guys make a custom theme for my business?
A: Absolutely, we've already partnered with a couple graphic designers who are very familiar with Guru and who can
produce excellent themes custom tailored to your business. Drop us a line at info@xefinancial.com to get started.
Q: Can I automatically enter payment details?
A: Yes! Simply attach a
Magtek credit card reader
to your computer and swipe the payment card on the contract entry screen. Guru will recognize your Magtek reader and automatically fill out payment details,
the customer's name, and expiration date!
Q: Can I customize my membership contract?
A: Yes! Guru will automatically check your contract to ensure that it has all of the required fields present.
Q: Will you guys set up my contract for use with Guru?
A: Certainly, please e-mail a PDF copy of your contract to us at
info@xefinancial.com to get started.
Q: I don't use XEFinancial for my billing. Can I still use Guru?
A: Yes! Under Guru's configuration, just check "Print One Copy Unmasked." This way Guru will print two
copies of the membership contract: one for the customer with payment details and SSN obscured with XXX's and one for you with the payment information and SSN visible.
Be sure to check your state laws on storing contracts with sensitive payment and personal information.
