Choice Payment Advantage
Our Choice Payment Advantage application is an online service that is included in all XEFinancial’s packages. It is a powerful tool that allows our clients to schedule both recurring and onetime payments. Some of the other benefits that Choice Payment Advantage has is that it helps our clients streamline their billing processes by cutting down on cumbersome paperwork saving our clients time and money. Our service saves our clients money on printing invoices and billing statements allowing them to instead reinvest in their business. Because our billing process is paperless, our clients will also be reducing their carbon footprint, helping to prevent unneeded greenhouse gasses, and reducing the waist of excess paper of billing and coupon invoices. Our clients also benefit to our clients is they find a higher efficiency by being able to easily and effectively lookup customer contracts and billing information. With XEFinancial’s Choice Payment Advantage clients can track the status of their customers, their payment schedules and payment history. It also allows our clients to see a history of any actions taken on their customers accounts, whether it be follow up mailings, emails or phone calls. It also allows our clients the option of sending their customers to collections if their customers are more than 72 days past due. It allows our clients to add and disable access keys to customer accounts if applicable. It integrates with both our Fitness Management Software and Tanning Management Software. Our Fitness Management Software is a easy to use system that allows our clients to keep track of their members, sales numbers, enter contracts, personal training, and tanning sessions. It also allows our clients to compare month to month sales numbers with a number of integrated tools allowing them keep track of their progress and growth as a club. It includes front desk and outside door controller check in software that allows our clients to utilize a 24 hour check in process. The Front Desk software that is included in this package informs the manager or person at check in if there are any issues with a client account at check in and can show a picture of the member checking in for added security.
